I would have ished you around 32, based on your pics. Hey, it’s not the end of the world, being 35. When I reached that milestone, I didn’t encounter all those side effects the ads mentioned, except for riding the electric cart at Walmart and watching CNBC all the time! Just think, a year ago you couldn’t even have been president, so is a GREAT age! Slow and steady, and hope the doctor finds nothing wrong on Monday.

LOL – okay, I’ll fess up…there’s 5 years of “ish” attached to the 30 – I hope that still qualifies! I actually think I’ve been brainwashed to believe that 35 is a terrible age. Look at all those medication commercials where the risk of side effects always increases when we’re over the age of 35…they make it sound like our bodies could self-destruct at any minute. I mean…yes, there is a little wear and tear here, but I am blaming my overzealous crunch routine for that.
I have learned my lesson and intend to take the slow and steady approach next time.

Of course, that depends on how much ‘ish’ is attached to the 30…
Watch those crunches-it’s the easiest way to injure your back if they’re not done correctly.
