Customer Support Rants

I shall now rant until I can rant no more.

I am sooooooo sick and tired of filling out customer support forms online.
It usually goes something like this:

I fill out the form online.
I get my first email back from them with “possible answers” that were generated from keywords in my form.
I am then forced to rewrite everything I already wrote the first time and send it to the REAL customer support email address.
When they finally write back (if they even do), they ignore 90% of what I said and then provide me with a form answer that does not help at all.  (Usually their answer is word for word what I rejected as a suitable answer in the first email received from them)
Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
Again
and again
and again.

I am very mad at Neopets (home to the rudest most horrid customer support ever.)

I am mad at Lightspeed Panel
I am mad at Cafepress
I am only a little mad at GoDaddy (we are still working out our issues.)
